A venture strategist, is a professional who works as a consultant to design and execute high-growth business strategies, not necessarily (but can if required, depends upon compensation) managing an investment fund themselves. The roles include –

Well, initially, no, that is not included within my scope of work. However, it depends on the interests and expected returns through the Startup.

Well, if you follow the instructions, you might expect the results within the proposed time frame. however, strategy development and execution is a continuous process; it is based on mutual trust, as there won’t be instant results.
As a founder, you must understand that strategy development and implementation is a continuous process. Ours are based on absolute market research and practical solutions, so they should be fruitful. However, if they don’t, we extend the execution stage by one month, and you don’t pay for it.
